BRS received an urgent order from a customer in Holland in September and we completed the production and delivered the seal within 2 weeks. Currently the seal has been put into running successfully and helped the customer solve the material leaking problem.

BRS Air Shaft Seal is an engineered pneumatic sealing system designed to seal the shafts of machines where typical contact seals such as packing and/or mechanical face seals prove to be ineffective.It uses a small amount of air or gas to create a positive pressure along the shaft, preventing power particles leaking and keeping the pollutants out.

Our unique design can handle much bigger shaft axial movement than common design. The PTFE Stators are split design and this makes the installation more easier. Also we use custom made steel Clamp to replace the tradition rubber ring. There will be no sliding problem compared to the rubber driving ring.

BRS is working on an updated design, consuming more less air and even at dry running. This low-cost design will help BRS to development much big market in solid material handling market in the near future.
